.badminton AGM. || 21st July 2008 ||

soooooo longgggggg..
usually Badminton Club AGM mmg very fast ny..
this year's is the longest i think..

started at 2.30pm..
before that me and Lai Theng were busy preparing our reports..
me with the laporan tahunan and her with the accounts reports..
[ i think i did quite a great job though it was a last minute one ] LOL..!

anyway, after that the old committee was dissolved..
and new committee was elected..
it took like one freaking hour kayy..
because everyone was new [ esp the lower 6's ]..
and Pn Teh wanted them to introduce themselves and their "kebolehan"..
what a strong word..

so at 3.35pm, the new set of committee members was finally elected..
the committee members of Badminton Club of year 2008/2009 is as follow :

President : Lee Wei Theen
Vice President : Teoh Sock Boon
Secretary : Kung Mai Li
Asst Secretary : Shahirah Mohd Nasir
Treasurer : Lim Leou Tyng
Asst Treasurer : Cheong Swee Yen
Captain : Yeap Chuen Theng
Equipments officer : Loh Chun Nee
Noticeboard officer : Hemashini

after that, the old committee members brief the new committee members about their responsibilities..
later, the meeting was dismissed..

i hope the next board of committee members can carry out their responsibilities well..
